How to Gain Confidence in What You Know

It is no secret that everyone was born with some natural abilities. Most people don’t give themselves credit for what they naturally know and do. I see this time and time again with my clients. And what I always find is that we doubt and question our gifts because they are what we do easily.

We say to ourselves things like: “It can’t possibly be that easy”. “Doesn’t everyone know this?” “It must not be valuable if it’s easy”.

I also hear people questioning who they are because they say, “There are already a lot of healers, coaches, spiritual internet marketers, etc. I don’t know anything that makes me unique.”

Well, who you are is a part of the collective that is God. So we all have access to the same info, but it is You who makes it unique – because You are.

And so if you try to fit in a cookie cutter mold of how others are teaching you to be, it is not going to work for you. You must bring “You” into what you do. You must bring what you know.

Now, there are some things that you don’t know. And it is okay to say “I don’t know” when you know you don’t know.

Then instead of going into your head to try to figure it out, simply ask for what you want to see and let it be. And you will be given the answers – not necessarily directly but you will be shown what you need to know.

Step away.

Don’t try to pound it out of your computer, searching for hours on end on the web, don’t go into your head and try to figure it out. You don’t even have to meditate. Let it be.

When you learn to listen to and interpret what your guidance is telling you in each moment, then you will not need to look at other people and think they must know something I don’t know. Because you will know what is your truth and it will be solid and strong and there is nothing to doubt or compare yourself to.

Your intuition is trying to teach you what you need to know in order to have what you want. And when you listen to and integrate that higher knowing, you will have more confidence in what you know and will also be much happier and more successful in alignment with who you really are.

There is a lot more I have to share about gaining confidence in what you know. On Sentelligent Radio this week, I will go much deeper into how to interpret and listen to your guidance in most every moment of the day. It is constantly talking to us and telling us things that are very important based on what we say we want – and yet, it is very easy to misinterpret it if you don’t know what to look for.

How to Predict Your Future – Step 1

If you are like most people, you want to know what your future will bring.

And the future is always changing, so this can be challenging. But nonetheless, we want to know what to expect. So today I am going to tell you how to predict your own future based on a 5 step process I created.  (  I added one more important step since the last post)

Here is Step 1:

The first thing I want to tell you about predicting your future is: if you be that, it will be. So how you are being is predicting your future. For example, if you are being hard on yourself, then life is going to be hard. Because if you be that, it will be in most all areas of your life because everything is connected. So if you are hard on yourself, things will be hard in other areas of your life. You have probably heard that what we see is a reflection of how we are being. That life is a mirror for us. It is and now I also am saying how you are being is also predicting your future.

Now you may not even realize you are being hard on yourself, because it has become the way you be naturally. Only it is not natural to be hard on yourself. It is something you decided to do at some point in your life and now it runs the show subconsciously, and it literally does run the show. Because now most everything in your life is showing up as hard. The exceptions are those things you think will be easy. Which brings me to my next point which is:

What you think and say also predicts your future.

I know you have heard this before. But it bears repeating. And this is true for the things you say out loud as well as what we say to ourselves. So here is a common one. If you say out loud or to yourself , “I can’t have _________ because _________. ” Then that is what you will get.

The most common one you hear is I can’t have this because I can’t afford it. Other things people say are: because it does not exist, because I would have to give up this and that, because of my family, because I am single, because of the economy. etc. etc. You fill in the blanks. What is something you have been thinking you can’t have or you can’t have it right now?

Now notice what is showing up in your life around this.

So if think you can’t have it because . . . then you won’t. And in that moment, you are predicting your future.

Now you may not even realize you are doing this. Sometimes we cover up our doubts and say we believe something will happen. But if the doubts exist subconsciously, it is the same thing. And sometimes we waiver and believe something in one moment and then another thought creeps in or someone says something to trigger that doubt.

There are many people these days saying I can’t have what I want right now because the economy is in the tank. And if you look around for evidence of that, you will see many people who are financially challenged right now and going without this or that. And if you read the newspapers and watch the news, you are likely to get a lot of information that reinforces those fears.

But it is not the way it has to be for you . . .

How to Predict Your Future in 4 Easy Steps

My future is unfolding in ways that are very different than before. It is very exciting and can also be a bit scary at times.

If you are like me, you probably often wonder about what the future has in store for you. Perhaps you wonder if you are heading down the right path or if you are making the right decision and what will happen if you choose “this” vs. “that”. Maybe you wonder, when the economy will turn around and if you should wait to do what you’ve always been wanting to do until that happens.

These are questions that face all of us on a daily basis.

And these questions can cause us to put our life on hold or paralyze us and keep us from taking action in alignment with who we truly are.

We think we need to know what the future will bring. And so we wait for the answers to come. In the meantime life is going by and we are still waiting. Perhaps waiting for the perfect time to do what we really wanted to do all along.

But you don’t have to wait.

You can learn to predict your future to a greater extent than you think.

Psychics are known for predicting the future. And the best psychics will tell you they can only predict certain things reliably because the energy around situations change, and your energy and the way you look at things and the way you feel about things changes, and there are a host of other factors involved as well.

However, you can still predict your future based on a number of things including:

  • Your ability to let go of all that is
  • The evidence you’ve collected over time
  • How you view your past experiences
  • Unresolved issues that exist at different planes (beyond your physical body)
  • What beliefs you are living into
  • How long you hold onto disappointments

You know down deep that your thoughts and beliefs and actions create your reality. But there is more to it than that.

And because we human beings always want to know what we can expect, I have designed a 4-step process that you can use to accurately predict your future. And the best news is you can use these same steps to turn your future around and do it quickly.

I will be sharing all 4-steps of this process on Sentelligent Radio this Tuesday, October 5th at 5:00 PT/8:00 ET.
