Sentelligent Grounding Statement:


Say out loud or to yourself:

“I am grounding in alignment with the center of the earth”

Wait for natural exhale and then wait until body stills itself and stay still for about 5 -10 seconds.

Do this 4 – 7 times throughout the day.  This is especially good which changing surfaces, i.e. going outside to inside and vice versa, when waking up in the morning, and when you are not feeling like you can focus well.

It is also good to ground when you go inside a building or room where there are other people.

Always ground yourself before meeting with a client, if possible.  And also ground again after the session is complete and the client has left the call or the room.
