Your Fatigue is Telling You to Wake Up

I hope those of you in the U.S. had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. With the next holiday coming around the corner, it is common for people to feel tired and drained this time of year due to all the stress and travel. And of course that stress is mixed with joy, excitement and a lot of other emotions.

It is important to feel all of our emotions. That is pretty well known these days. But did you know it is also important to allow yourself to feel how tired you are and to understand what your fatigue is trying to tell you? If you drink caffeine or take ginseng or something else to give you energy (yes, chocolate counts), then you are not listening to what your guidance is trying to say to you via your body.

If your energy is lower than you would like, if you are frequently tired, or if your energy goes up and down a lot, you need to know that it is telling you something important. I am not talking about overworking or going too fast. If you are a workaholic or tend to go at warp speed, there is definitely an underlying issue or two to clear. That’s a subject for another day. And I am really not talking about travel fatigue either. There is something else I am referring to this time.

In general, if you are fatigued, it is because you are not energized about all you are doing or you are resisting something you intended to do that is in alignment with your higher purpose.

And if you are not sleeping well at night or wake up too early on a consistent basis, like at 3, 4 or 5 in the morning (or whatever is early for you). Then that is a wake up call. It is your guidance telling you to wake up to who you really are. It is time to amp it up and go to the next level in alignment with what you came to do.

If you think you are tired from taking on other people’s energy and problems, (i.e. are still “hypersensitive”), then that is telling you something else. It means there are more beliefs and fears to clear before you can go to the next level.

Oh and I heard some people talking about being really fatigued after eating leftover turkey the day after Thanksgiving and they were blaming it on the turkey. Notice that some people feel fine after eating turkey and others don’t. I’ve read in some places that it is about the combination of foods you eat. That is not true. Of course, if you eat too much food, it will absolutely make you feel sluggish, there is no doubt about that.

But if you didn’t overeat and think the turkey was the culprit, that is incorrect. The amount of tryptophan in the turkey is not enough to make you sleepy or fatigued.

We are all ONE and we are all experiencing some signs of fatigue now. That is because we are all being woken up more and more and more to higher and higher levels. So if you are noticing any of what I mentioned above, it’s time to pay attention.

If you are ready to learn more about the journey to oneness, join me this Tuesday, November 30th, on Sentelligent Radio when I will be talking about:

  • How to identify more signs from your guidance that are telling you to wake up
  • What is really meant by “life is an illusion”
  • What it means when you have aches and pains from jogging or even walking
  • Some of the emotional causes of cancer and other diseases
  • Where your guides reside
  • Why and how we all need to let our light shine a lot more
