I just got back from a week at St. George Island with my hubby and we got to unwind and recharge and take long walks on the beach and had a private boat tour, called a Dolphin Encounter, with Captain George who took us on a journey.
I felt like I was 5 years old again, playing and laughing with the dolphins who were coasting on our tailwind and they played hide and seek with me as they went from one side of the motor and then were on the other side . . . and I was laughing and giggling like a little girl.
We stopped at Little St. George Island where there were tons of shells everywhere – it was like a carpet of shells of all sizes and it was impossible not to see beauty in everything that was there. I took photo after photo of shells and pelicans, and an old boat that was left by someone. The fog was thick that afternoon and it created beauty in another way. I managed to capture the beauty of that in my camera lens also. I am getting touch with my inner artist these days and letting her come out and play with you, too!
Anyway, I plan to upload them to my computer and then will share some of the ones I love the most in the future.
In today’s issue, I want to recap some things that I learned for myself after leading the Sentelligent Healing Workshop for new facilitator’s of my healing methods, “Dominion Over Self” and “Inner Oneness.”
I learned that while I have considered myself a Peaceful Entrepreneur for a while now, I still have a ways to go.
I learned to accept my own humanity at new levels.
I learned that breakthroughs happen when you least expect them.
I learned more about the power of energy and groups and how to uplift people and how they can uplift themselves simply by standing on their toes for as long as they can comfortably.
I learned that we can raise our own energy when we lift our hands in front of us and lower our energy when we stomp our feet.
I also learned that I can “overdo” things, and I know people are getting a lot of emails these days so I want to keep this short.
