Why are things moving so fast in your life?

You may have noticed that things are picking up speed and you are feeling like you cannot possibly do everything you want to do in the time you have in a day.

There are several reasons for this

1) March winds blew in new energy and that energy is strong and is meant to push us forward

2) You may now be feeling like you can make up for lost time but are pushing yourself too hard

3) The energies in the world are such that we are being asked to align with our purpose and reduce the chaotic energy even more

Here are a few things you can do:

1) Release inner conflicts that are keeping you from allowing things to come to you in divine timing (some are carried froward from past lives)

2) Take time to get clarity on what is next for you in terms of your purpose in helping the world at this time

3) Listen to your body and it will let you know how much you can handle at one time. Honor and respect it.
